Can I extend the trip?
Extending your trip is only possible in consultation with the driver or office workers. The additional costs for late returns are 50.00 per hour per 50/63-P. bus and 60.00 per hour for a double decker bus.

What is the cancellation fee?
Trip cancellation up to 22 days before departure costs 15% of the total amount, with a minimum of €35. If you cancel on the day of departure or during the trip, the cancellation fee is 100%.
Between 21 and 14 days before departure 30%;
Between 14 and 2 days before departure 50%
Between the 2nd day and the day of departure 75%

How can I pay?
You can transfer the amount to our bank account. In some cases you can pay the busdriver, for example when the bus is rented a few days before departure.

Can I rent a bus without a driver?
It is not possible to rent a bus without a driver.

What happens if the bus breaks down?
We will try to solve the problem as soon as possible. If the bus cannot be repaired on the spot, we will provide alternative transportation as soon as possible.

Is catering service included?
Most ElboBus coaches are equipped with a minibar stocked with coffee, tea and a variety of cold beverages. We can also take care of snacks, sandwiches and packed lunches. Please ask for all possibilities when booking.

Can my name be placed on the bus?
Yes. We can attach signboards on both sides of the bus. The cost depend on the size and color of the logo. For more information please contact us.

Can I change the number of seats?
If you rented a bus only, you can change the number of passengers up to the maximum number of seats in the bus. When you have booked a travelpackage you have to let us know a certain amount of days in advance. This depends on the destination. The specific amount of days can be found in the conformation of your booking.

Can ElboBus also make reservations for hotels etc.?
Yes this is possible. This depends on the destination you choose.
